Registration Details
If you’re already registered, you may use the self-check-in counters to receive your name badge during onsite registration hours. If you need to make any changes, please see a staff person at one of the registration assistance counters.
- At a self-check-in counter, either scan the QR code that was emailed to you when you registered, or type in your name.
- Your badge will print with your name (including any AFP certification) and company. Please note that title does not print on the badge. You may also see badge icons based on your customer information. To expedite your check-in, there are no fabric ribbons.
- Show your photo ID to the attendant.
- Attach a lanyard to your badge (no holder is necessary).
- Pick up a registration bag (while supplies last) which includes a map and matrix of educational sessions and more.*
*Please note that Exhibit Hall Access badges are not eligible for registration bags.

AFP 2025 App
The AFP 2025 App enhances your conference experience with easy-to-use interactive capabilities to:
- Create a personal schedule.**
- View session handouts (available during the show).
- Search exhibitors, speakers and sessions.
- Complete session evaluations for seamless credit reporting.
- Connect with other attendees.
**Adding sessions to your schedule does not register you for the sessions, nor does it guarantee you admission. Please plan to arrive early as the session room closes once maximum capacity is reached.
Some sessions are restricted to corporate practitioners, executive-level attendees, or CTP, CCM and/or FPAC attendees. All restrictions are listed in the AFP 2025 App, so make sure you check the session descriptions to ensure you are eligible to attend. Learn more about AFP attendee definitions. You can review your AFP profile to confirm your information.
Credits Reporting
With over 140 educational sessions, AFP 2025 helps you maintain your professional CTP/CCM, FPAC and/or CPA credentials so you can continue to show your expertise in the treasury and finance profession.
CTP/CCM and FPAC Recertification Credits
AFP 2025 is approved for 20.7 CTP and FPAC credits.
To request CTP/CCM and/or FPAC credits, submit session evaluations through the AFP 2025 App by 11:59 PM ET, Friday, October 31, 2025, and your credits will be uploaded to your Credit Tracking record by December 31, 2025.
If you do not complete and submit an evaluation form, by the deadline of 11:59 PM ET, Friday, October 31, you must self-report qualifying credits through the AFP Online Recertification Resource Center at financialprofessionals.org/recert.
An attendance confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your AFP 2025 registration for each session evaluation completed in the AFP 2025 Mobile App.
CPA Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits (CPAs Only)
AFP provides CPAs the opportunity to earn 18.6 CPE credits. To request CPE credits:
Step 1: Record the Session CPE Code presented on screen at the end of qualifying sessions.
Step 2: In the AFP 2025 App, select the session for which you would like to receive CPE attendance/credit confirmation.
Step 3: Click the CPE icon in the session information. If you do not check into the session attended, you will not receive a CPE attendance/credit confirmation.
Step 4: Enter the alpha-numeric CPE code provided at the end of the session in the applicable field. The CPE Code is case sensitive with letters in uppercase and no spacing between the numbers and letters.
On entering the correct CPE Code you will receive your CPE Attendance Confirmation to the email associated with your AFP 2025 registration. Please submit by 11:59 PM ET, Friday, October 31.
CTP/CCM and FPACs who are also CPAs must complete the above steps to receive their CPE confirmation.

Need a moment?
Head to the Quiet Room, located in Room 213. This space is intended for attendees to take a moment and regroup and is available during conference hours from Sunday to Wednesday. You can also find solitude in the Spiritual Room located in Room 211, available during conference hours from Sunday to Wednesday.
Transportation
AFP 2025 has a complimentary shuttle service to partner hotels not within walking distance from the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center.
Shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Convention Center, Northeast Level 1, near Meeting Room 154.
Phishing Advisory
Please be warned that unethical fraudsters will try to convince you to book a room through them for AFP 2025, purchase a list of pre-registered attendee’s contact information or even attend an unsanctioned education event.
AFP never sells attendee contact information to third parties. Those selling pre-registered attendee contact lists including name, phone number and email address are NOT affiliated with AFP.
