Talent Vendor Access Requests
The Talent Vendor Badge is intended for third-party vendors providing an activation, experience, demonstration, or service within an exhibitor's booth during the conference. Talent vendors must be sponsored by a contracted AFP 2026 exhibitor and approved by AFP prior to arrival.
Exhibitors requesting talent vendor access to their booth during AFP 2026 must complete the AFP 2026 Vendor Access Request Form. All fields are required.
Once submitted, AFP will review the request and notify the exhibitor via email whether the request has been approved or denied.
Maximum Talent Vendor Badges: Three (3) badges per exhibit booth.
Submission Deadline
The deadline to submit the Talent Vendor Access Request Form is Friday, October 16, 2026.
Talent vendors cannot be registered on-site. Approved talent vendors must check in at the Exhibitor Registration Assistance Counter, located on Level 2 of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, to receive their badge.
Talent Vendor Wristband Policies
Please note the following:
- Talent Vendor Badge provides access to the exhibit hall only.
- Talent vendors are not permitted to attend AFP educational sessions or official AFP events.
- Talent vendor badges do not include access to conference food and beverage functions, including breakfast, lunch, or break refreshments.
- Each approved talent vendor will receive one (1) badge that must be worn for the duration of the conference.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged badges will not be replaced.
- Talent vendors must remain within the exhibiting company's booth space while working in the exhibit hall.
- AFP reserves the right to revoke badge privileges for violations of conference policies.
