All shipments to Mandalay Bay Convention Center must be shipped to either the advance warehouse or directly to Mandalay Bay Convention Center using the address below. Labels are available in the exhibitor kit.

Important 2026 Deadlines

Friday, October 2 Receiving at Advance Warehouse begins.

Thursday, October 29  Last Day for Advance Shipments to arrive without surcharges.

Thursday, November 5  Receiving Direct to Show Site begins, shipments may arrive after 1:00pm.
