Make exhibiting easy with an AFP 2026 Turnkey Booth Package. Turnkey booths are a hassle-free solution designed to help you maximize your presence on the show floor without the complexity of building a custom exhibit. Simply provide your artwork, and we'll take care of the setup and installation.
What's Included?
All turnkey packages include:
- Custom branded backwall graphics
- Reception counter with custom graphics
- Monitor(s)
- Electrical service for included monitor(s)
- Standard gray carpet
- Bar-height table and stools
- Wastebasket
- Installation and dismantle labor
- Pre-show cleaning
- Lead retrieval licenses
- Complimentary conference registrations (quantity varies by package size)
Important Deadlines
- Turnkey Order Deadline: October 2, 2026
- Artwork Submission Deadline: October 9, 2026
- Artwork Approval Deadline: October 16, 2026
Artwork Submission
Exhibitors must submit print-ready artwork according to T3 Expo specifications. Templates and upload instructions are available through the exhibitor service portal. All graphics must be approved prior to production.
