Install and Dismantle Requests

Install and Dismantle Access Request Form are for exhibitors and company representatives who are on-site to only Install and Dismantle booth. Each representative will have to fill out the form separately.

Exhibitors must check-in at Exhibit Hall Bayside Entrance on Level 1. They will be provided a different color wristband each day needing access to the exhibit hall. The deadline for submitting the Install and Dismantle Access Request Form is Friday, October 23, 2026.

Exhibitor Install/Move-in

  • Thursday, November 5th - 1:00PM - 5:00PM - (Booths 401+ NSF and Above Only - T3 Expo Approval Needed)
  • Friday, November 6th- 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Saturday, November 7th - 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Sunday, November 8th - 8:00AM - 2:00PM (Expo Hall opens at 6:00PM)

Exhibitor Dismantle/Move-out

  • Tuesday, November 10th - 5:30PM - 10:00PM
  • Wednesday, November 11th - 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Please note:

  • I&D Wristbands only allow entrance to the exhibit floor.
  • Exhibitors will not have access to AFP Official Events or Educational Sessions.
  • One wristband per exhibitor will be provided and must be worn while in the Exhibit Hall.
  • AFP will provide a daily wristband. Please make sure to check-in each day to receive a new wristband.
