- Custom Furniture Advanced Discount Deadline: Friday, October 16th
EAC & COI Submissions
If you are using an Exhibitor Appointing Contractor (EAC) to install and dismantle your booth, EAC forms must be submitted by Friday, October 9th. To submit your form, click here.
Shipping
- Advance Warehouse Accepts Shipments: Friday, October 2nd
- Last Day for Advanced Shipments to Arrive (without surcharge): Thursday, October 29th
- Direct Shipments to Show Site: Accepted beginning Thursday, November 5th

Turnkeys
- Booth Packages must be ordered by Friday, October 2nd
- Artwork must be submitted by Friday, October 9th
- Artwork approved by Friday, October 16th

Housing
Contracted Room Blocks
- Rooming List Due to CMR: Friday, September 4th
- Last date to cancel room blocks no longer needed: Friday, October 2nd
Individual Reservations
- Reservations (for the best hotel availability and room rate) must be secured: Monday, October 12th
- Last date to cancel hotel reservations without penalty: Friday, October 2nd

- All Exhibits must be set by 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 8th
