Demo Rooms at AFP 2026
Looking for a private space to conduct live product demonstrations, host one-on-one meetings, or showcase your solutions in a more controlled environment? AFP 2026 Demo Rooms provide exhibitors with a dedicated, enclosed space designed for interactive presentations and client conversations.

Available Demo Room Options
10' x 10' Demo Room

• Fully enclosed Sintra-panel room with locking door
• Door header panel featuring your logo or custom graphics
• One 5-amp electrical outlet
• Tuxedo carpet included
• Ideal for product demonstrations, private meetings, and consultations
• Not Included: Furniture, internet, audiovisual services, and additional electrical services may be ordered separately.

10' x 20' Demo Room

• Fully enclosed Sintra-panel room with locking door
• Door header panel with custom branding
• One 5-amp electrical outlet
• Tuxedo carpet included
• Additional space for larger demonstrations, multiple attendees, or training sessions
• Not Included: Furniture, internet, audiovisual services, and additional electrical services may be ordered separately.

• Demo Room Order Deadline: October 2, 2026
• Artwork Submission Deadline: October 9, 2026
• Artwork Approval Deadline: October 16, 2026

Artwork Requirements
All graphics must be submitted according to T3 Expo artwork specifications. Templates and upload instructions will be provided after reservation. Artwork submitted after the deadline may be subject to rush charges.

Reserve Your Demo Room
Demo rooms are available in limited quantities and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage exhibitors to reserve early to secure their preferred space and allow adequate time for planning and branding.
