Accessing the Exhibit Hall
- Closed-toed shoes are required in the exhibit hall during set-up and tear-down.
- No one under the age of 21 is permitted in the exhibit hall at any time, this includes but not limited to conference functions, move-in and move-out.
Move-In & Move-Out
- For the convenience and safety of exhibitors and patrons, all freight and material handling must enter and exit the facility through the loading dock
- No exhibitor will be allowed access with his or her move-in materials via any other entrance to the facility.
- Please note the hand carry rule within the Exhibitor Participation Rules/General Conditions Section of the Event Guide.
Prohibited Items
- The use of glitter, confetti, sand, or simulated snow types of material, as well as popcorn, is not permitted.
- At no time are exhibitors allowed to bring helium balloons into the facility.
- Helium tanks cannot be brought into the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. All air and gasses must be ordered through the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
- The Mandalay Bay Convention Center does not allow anyone to affix to the facility structure or have permanent coverings applied.

The Mandalay Bay Convention Center is the exclusive provider of the following services:
- Electrical & Lighting
- Air & Water
- Cleaning
- Rigging & Hanging
- Internet
- Telecom
- Audio Visual
Identification
The Mandalay Bay Convention Center requires all personnel to display identification badges/credentials. Exhibitors must be supplied with badges by show management, prior to being admitted to the exhibit area.
